Mr. Winfield has been a real estate broker for more than 15 years and has an extensive background in representing property owners as well as commercial and residential buyers. Reggie has represented everyone from homeowner’s to multimillion dollar real estate portfolios, commercial banks and everyone in between. His down to earth persona and vast knowledge in income producing real estate has garnered him valuable experience in the commercial markets vis-à-vis owning properties, managing offices and apartment buildings as well as his experience in the single family residential markets gives him the unique and creative qualifications to handle all complicated and challenging real estate matters. In addition, Mr. Winfield’s designation as a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) identifies him as being an expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry. Reggie is married and in his free time, he and his wife; Stella enjoy volunteering with their church serving meals at Bridge House for the homeless and indigent in The New Orleans Community.

Graduating from the University of New Orleans in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Ashley has built a distinguished career in real estate, combining extensive experience in property management and brokerage. Prior to working full time in real estate, Ashley had notable roles with the House of Blues as the Executive Assistant to the General Manager & with the Hornets NBA team as a Sponsorship Manager. Since 2005, Ashley has worked for Windfeel Properties, leveraging a deep understanding of both residential and commercial real estate markets to facilitate numerous successful transactions.

Ashley has expertly managed thousands of residential units across a diverse spectrum, including market rate apartments, subsidized housing, short-term rentals, and luxury market properties. In addition to this, Ashley has played a key role in large-scale commercial real estate transactions, demonstrating a versatile skill set and an adept approach to complex deals.

Outside of the professional realm, Ashley is passionate about keeping fit, animals and enjoys spending time with her two beautiful daughters Milan & Italia. Having spent her childhood in both the Panhandle of Florida & New Orleans, Ashley blends regional insights with a dynamic approach to real estate, contributing a unique perspective to every project undertaken.

Born and raised in New Orleans, Monique left the nest in 1999 to further her education at Hampton University in Hampton, VA, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2003 with honors. Starting out, Monique developed a unique customer service skill set within her HR background, eventually honing those skills as she transitioned to the commercial real estate sector in Washington, DC. After gaining a wealth of knowledge from her east coast experiences, Monique moved back to the home she loves to provide excellent customer service as a real estate professional within the Greater New Orleans Market. She is constantly seeking to further her goals as a Realtor, while sharing her 9+ years experience and all things NOLA expertise with anyone who is looking to listen and/or invest in their future.
