Timbergrove Community<\/h2>\n

The Timbergrove Homeowners Association is a unique community that encompasses both condominiums and single-family homes. Officially, it comprises two separate associations: the Timbergrove Condominium Association and the Timbergrove Homeowners Association. The neighborhood offers the exclusive feel of a gated community, with a single entry and exit point, enhancing both security and privacy. The community features 64 spacious condominiums and 32 single-family homes, all situated along Cypress Grove Court in Algiers. This area is a popular choice for military personnel stationed at the Naval Air Station in Belle Chasse.
